CPAP Lawsuits

CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) and BiPAP machines used to treat sleep apnea that was manufactured by Philips were recently recalled due to a release in toxins and foam particles to patients that used them. Over 3 million devices have been known to be faulty. The faulty CPAP and BiPAP machines have been on the market for years, but up until a Class Action lawsuit had been filed, Philips chose to ignore all of the previous claims from users.
