Jonathan M. Barlow – Newest Associate Attorney

Chhabra & Gibbs, P.A. is pleased to announce our newest associate attorney for our law firm, Jonathan Barlow.

Jonathan’s hometown is St. Martin, MS.

He graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL in 2014 with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy. He also graduated from Mississippi College School of Law where he was a Dean Scholar and Research Assistant.

Jonathan previously worked with the Hinds County Public Defender’s office. He also worked with a private law firm as a senior attorney representing clients in domestic cases including divorces, custody cases, and child support matters with two associate attorneys and handled misdemeanor and felony criminal charges.

Jonathan also previously worked for a private immigration law firm representing both detainees and non-detained clients in USCIS proceedings. He primarily handled bonds, individual hearings, and appeals.

He was also previously a staff attorney for the Jackson County Chancery Court for three judges, where he handled the drafting and revisions of orders, and researched issues and prepared memorandums of law.

Jonathan will be running our Gulfport office location with his paralegal Catherine Cool. We are very excited to have him here with us.
