Also handled misdemeanor and felony criminal charges. Private immigration firm representing both detainees and non detained clients in USCIS proceedings. Primarily handled bonds, individual hearings, and appeals. Staff attorney for the Jackson county chancery court (three judges). Handled the drafting and revisions of orders, and researched issues and prepared memorandums of law for judges.
