Bio

An accomplished attorney and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Attorney Davis brings nearly a decade of legal experience to the practice. After practicing as a solo practitioner and owner of the Law Firm of L.A. Davis, LLC for over two years, attorney Davis joined our team and focuses on immigration and litigation, leveraging deep knowledge gained through roles in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining our firm and practicing immigration law, she practiced civil litigation at Bossier & Associates, PLLC, handling complex personal injury and product liability cases, including multidistrict litigation (MDL) in federal courts.

Her immigration law experience includes advocacy for asylum seekers, VAWA petitioners, and clients navigating deportation, naturalization, and family-based immigration processes. Before practicing as a litigator, she served as Senior Attorney for the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), and advised on federal regulatory compliance under the Stafford Act.

Before entering law, Attorney Davis served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an avionics technician and sergeant, earning distinction for leadership, technical training, and operational excellence.

Admitted to practice law in the U.S. Northern and Southern District Courts of Mississippi, and the Mississippi Supreme Court. Licensed to practice law in all U.S.
