Brian was a partner on the legal team that represented 14 states in recouping billions of taxpayers’ dollars spent on smoking-related illnesses. He was a member of the Lead Counsel team in In Re Auto Parts Litig. (E.D. Mich.) involving one of the largest antitrust conspiracies in U.S. history. Appointed Class Counsel for three national classes related to mislabeled food. He was a member of Steering Committee that litigated and resolved numerous state court class actions regarding late fees. Appointed to Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in Orr, et al. v. Intercontinental Hotels Group, PLC, et al.; 1:17cv01622 (N.D. Ga.). Brian was also Lead Counsel in the first post-recall trial involving over-the-counter products containing phenylpropanolamine (PPA).

Brian is one of the partners, along with Rogen K. Chhabra, Darryl M. Gibbs, and members Ashley Hendricks Duck, and Ray L. Gustavis, of Chhabra Gibbs & Herrington PLLC: a national Mass Tort & Class Action Firm.
