Diana was born in Los Angeles, California to immigrant parents. As a young child, her parents experienced many years of hardship to obtain legal status in the United States. Seeing her parents struggle through the process is what inspired her to want to help other immigrants in the same situation.

As a young child, she moved to the State of Mississippi. Growing up in Mississippi, she helped and formed relations with the Migrant Community. She has experience interpreting for state courts throughout the state of Mississippi. She also has experience conducting Know Your Rights Presentations and Immigration Workshops throughout the state of Mississippi

Diana graduated Cum Laude from Hinds Community College with an Associates in Paralegal Technology. She continued her studies at Mississippi College, graduating with a Bachelors in Political Science.

After graduating from Mississippi College, she volunteered for Catholic Charities Migrant Center. While there she was responsible for filing documents for the Migrant Center. After enjoying her time at Catholic Charities, she wanted to do more to help the Migrant Community. She started working for Chhabra & Gibbs, P.A. Immigration Team since 2019. Diana is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently.
