Rogen Chhabra attended Millsaps College and graduated Cum Laude in 1995 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics. He then attended Mississippi College School of Law and graduated in 1998 with a J.D. During law school, Mr. Chhabra was a member of the Law Review and recipient of the Frank Ming Deramus scholarship. He became a member of the Mississippi Bar Association in 1998.

Rogen Chhabra has been admitted to practice law in all Mississippi State and Federal courts as well as the Supreme Court of Mississippi as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He has appeared before countless circuit and county courts and all eight of the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission Administrative Law Judges. He has represented thousands of clients in trials, settlements, hearings and appeals to the Workers’ Compensation Full Commission Board, the Mississippi Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Mississippi. He has also served as Municipal Judge for Bentonia, MS since 2010.

Rogen Chhabra and Darryl Gibbs are the founders of Chhabra & Gibbs, P.A. law firm. The main focus of Chhabra and Gibbs is workers’ compensation, personal injury. The firm continues to handle a steady flow of car accident, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and product liability claims.

Rogen Chhabra is proud to have coached the Clinton High School Mock Trial Team for five years. Since 2005, he has coached the Madison Central High School Mock Trial Team and has led the team to the State Championships every year where has team won numerous top 5 finishes in the state. He also coaches Mississippi College School of Law’s AAJ Trial Competition teams.
