A fatal Lincoln County I-55 parked Freightliner crash<\/strong> is under investigation after a Brookhaven woman died when her Toyota RAV4 collided with a Freightliner parked on the shoulder of Interstate 55.<\/p>\n

According to reports from WLBT and the Daily Leader, the crash happened around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, September 17, 2026, in Lincoln County. The woman was transported to a local hospital but later died from her injuries.<\/p>\n

The Freightliner driver was reportedly not injured.<\/p>\n
