Todos tenemos alg\u00fan tipo de sesgo.  Puede que pienses que los \u00e1rbitros siempre est\u00e1n en contra de tu equipo favorito y que probablemente quieras m\u00e1s a tu mam\u00e1 que a otras personas. No hay nada malo en tener prejuicios inherentes al ser humano. Pero en un tribunal, las reglas est\u00e1n establecidas para intentar eliminar las emociones y la simpat\u00eda de los jurados, a pesar de que cada miembro del panel debe ser un ser humano.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es una especie de contradicci\u00f3n, ya que queremos que nuestros semejantes resuelvan nuestras disputas, pero no queremos que muestren ning\u00fan sesgo humano natural. Siempre me he preguntado qu\u00e9 piensan los jurados cuando no se les dice nada sobre el seguro durante un juicio. Ni siquiera se les dice por qu\u00e9 no se les informa. Debe de ser frustrante.  \u00bfQuiz\u00e1s asumen que no hay seguro porque no se ha mencionado? Por lo general, esa suposici\u00f3n ser\u00eda incorrecta, ya que no se puede sacar sangre de una piedra y a los abogados no les gusta perder el tiempo. \u00bfQuiz\u00e1s asumen que hay seguro? En un accidente automovil\u00edstico, probablemente lo haya, ya que el seguro es obligatorio en virtud de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mid.ms.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ley Mississippi<\/a>. \u00bfNo es curioso? Se requiere un seguro, pero los jurados deben fingir que no lo saben. Probablemente tambi\u00e9n haya seguros para la mayor\u00eda de las empresas, m\u00e9dicos o incluso abogados que son demandados.
